If someone infringes on your trademark, we are there to remind anyone seeking to cash in on your creativity that intellectual property is property, too. Often, a well-worded Cease and Desist letter is all that is needed to put a stop to accidental or even deliberate infringement; but if action before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board or litigation in state or federal court is required, we are ready to stand shoulder to shoulder with you to defend and protect your intellectual property rights.
